The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (effective 21st December 2001) sets out guidelines on how private sector organisations (such as Real World Marketing) should treat personal and/or sensitive information they collect and hold on individuals.
Real World Marketing is committed to respecting the rights of individuals, including their expectations of privacy, and fully supports and adheres to the principles contained within the legislative privacy guidelines.

Real World Marketing does not store any personally identifiable information from this website for the purposes of accepting training seminar registrations and/or general enquiries. Any information you supply via those forms is emailed through to us directly atReal World Marketing, and is not stored on our web server.
However, Real World Marketing does collect potentially personally identifiable information if you elect to subscribe to our newsletter(s). In accordance with the Privacy Act, we provide you with the opportunity to update any information held by Real World Marketing for these purposes, and/or remove your details from our subscriber list(s) and records.
