Director, Real World Marketing

 

Peter contributes a wealth of International Sales and Marketing experience in FMCG, Global Best Practice and Financial Services. Peter spent 8 years championing brands for the likes of Kraft and Cadbury’s, in various Marketing positions with various responsibilities across Europe and in the United States .

 

Peter moved to Australia and joined Lion Nathan in 1998 becoming Marketing Director – Best Practice across Australia New Zealand and China .  This involved creating, validating globally and implementing Sales and Marketing global best practice across the Lion Nathan Group. This programme included Consumer & Customer Knowledge, Sales Strategy, Brand Positioning, Category Management, New Product Development, Pricing, Account Planning, In-Field Execution and Advertising Development.  The programme also coincided with measurable business improvements worth tens of millions of dollars in EBIT.

 

In 2001 Peter was appointed General Manager Marketing at Cerebos ANZ . He was responsible for developing and leading their Sales and Marketing Strategy with particular emphasis on business growth and EVA.

 

In more recent time Peter became a Group Marketing Director in Financial Services, contributing to four fold growth before joining Real World Marketing. Peter’s primary expertise lies in Demand Creation, Portfolio and Brand Strategy with specialised experience in New Product Development and Pricing Strategy and Tactics.
